First of all, I want you to know that I care for any wearable I sell and every single piece gets all my attention to give you the best wearable I can. for any questions please let me know if you need my help, my name is Eilat and I am here for you.

If there is any damage to your wearable please let me know immediately as you get it, so I can help you. if you don't let me know immediately I will not be able to help you.



Loose doesn't have any stock, each order is being made by me when you purchase it online. if you need my assistance in picking the wearable size, color, or any specific adjustment please consult with me before you make your purchase if possible.

after you made an order I will start making your wearable for a duration of one to two weeks depends on the demand. I ensure you I will make your wearable as fast as I can so it will get to you as soon as possible. Please be patient, the wearable is handmade with love in order for you to get the best wearable possible. 

Loose allows 10 days to return your wearables in their original package.

No return accepted on worn wearables.

NO refunds are available.

-If by any chance you changed your mind about the order you’ve been placed in the 24 hours you will be refunded the full price, after 24 hours you will be charged in the amount of 7% of the total price placed, as long as I haven't started to make your wearable.

-If you get your order and something went wrong please let me know immediately so I can help you. if you don't like something, if it doesn't fit you or anything else please let me know as soon as you got it so I can help you solve the issue.

Please let me know less than 24 hours after you get it or I won't be able to help you.


All Loose designs considered as customized designs:
